All surgery times are by appointment only, to view the Appointment Times Click here.

To make an appointment, please telephone the surgery on 020 3011 1890, Monday to Friday between 8:00am - 6:30pm.

Appointments can be made online using the online facility via the link at the top of this page. Please see our reception staff to arrange access.

AN APPOINTMENT IS FOR ONE PERSON ONLY WITH A SINGLE PROBLEM, YOU CAN REQUEST DOUBLE APPOINTMENT IF NEEDED.

AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT IS NOT FOR ONGOING PROBLEMS , BUT FOR ACUTE ONSET OF A NEW PROBLEM

We always try to offer you an appointment on the day you request, but this may not always be possible.

If you request an urgent appointment please try to inform the receptionist as best you can of the nature of the problem. She can then ensure that you are seen urgently by the most appropriate person: either a doctor or nurse practitioner.

Medical Students

The health centre participates in the training of senior medical students in general practice. They have wide experience of hospital work before their attachment with us.

You will be informed when there is a medical student sitting with one of the doctors and we will be grateful if you would accept them as part of the medical establishment. If you have any objections to this, please tell the doctor before your consultation begins.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
