MMR CATCH UP CAMPAIGN

Due to an increase in the number of measles cases in the country it is important that children between 10 and 16 years of age that have not been vaccinated be vaccinated now. Measles is a serious illness and can cause death.

If your child who is between 10 and 16 years of age has not been vaccinated please make an appointment to have them immunised for MMR.

New Patient Registration

If you are a new patient to this practice, you will be required to complete a couple of registration forms which you can collect from the surgery or see our section "Registering Online". You will then need to make an appointment for a New Patient Health Check. This is a routine medical check. It is important that you take up this offer for your benefit, particularly if you do not attend the doctors very often. You will be given a specimen pot to bring a urine sample to the appointment. The check gives us and you some important information about your health. The check should only take about 10 or 15 minutes.
