Please do not telephone for repeat prescriptions as this can cause confusion and mistakes can be made.
Use the computerised request and return it to the request prescriptions box at reception or there is a locked post box beside the front doors for when the surgery is closed.
Alternatively you can post it to the surgery enclosing a stamped addressed envelope.
Please do not request prescriptions by email
If you have access to the internet please ask our reception team about requesting repeat prescriptions online via the link at the top of this page .
We have some very helpful local chemists who can deliver medication to you at home. This service is restricted to only the very ill or housebound.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
