From Monday 17th February, our online consultation system will open at 8:00am each weekday morning.
We understand that our current 7:30am opening time has been convenient for some patients, particularly those who need to organise their healthcare around work commitments. However, this change has been made to ensure fair and equal access for all our patients. We recognise that not everyone is comfortable with or able to use online services, and this change allows both telephone and online requests to be handled simultaneously when our phone lines open at 8:00am.
This aligns with our commitment to providing equitable access to all patients, regardless of their preferred contact method.
