Ear Irrigation
Our nursing team offer ear irrigation to help clear wax. Before booking into this appointment, please ensure you have used olive oil or sodium bicarbonate drops for at least 7 days before your appointment. This ensures that the wax is soft enough to be irrigated. You may be turned away if this isn’t done.
Family Planning
We provide a full family planning service. Make an appointment with the doctor or nurse who will give advice and carry out checks.
Joint Injections
Dr Ravi Seyan provides limited joint injections at the surgery. If you feel you may need this please book in to see him.
Minor Operations
We offer this service for small procedures on skin although some may need to be referred to hospital.
Smoking Cessation
Smoking is known to cause numerous illnesses, including heart and lung disease. Pregnant women who smoke produce smaller babies and if parents smoke, their children tend to have chest infections, so we recommend you give up smoking and come along to see the nurse.
Women’s Health
We offer a variety of women’s health specialist services at the surgery. Dr Naomi Bennett has a special interest in this and specialises in menopause appointments as well as more general women’s health including contraception, such as fitting coils and implants, as well as pessaries.
